Fit Body Boot Camp

I’m doing the Fit body forever session and I love it.. 12 ladies all over 55 working out with 3 trainers. They are helping you the entire time. The workout is 40 minutes with warmups and cooldowns about 5 minutes each. Sarah is the one who helped me get started and she is awesome!! I wish the classes were more flexible with being able to change if something pops up and you can make it.

We end every session with hands-in and a loud, "FAMILY!" That is a great description of how things feel at North Columbus Fit Body Boot Camp. All the coaches know us by name & encourage us by name. They know what they're doing and will bend over backwards to give each of us what we individually need. The workouts are consistent. The gym is organized and CLEAN. The owners (Junior and Ana) worked hard to create a welcoming environment, and they were definitely successful. Definitely 5 stars!

I absolutely LOVE North Columbus FitBody Boot Camp!!!! The facilities (North Columbus and Midland) are clean and inviting. The Coaches are personable and inspires you to do your best - while having fun! I love the entire Fit Family! I seriously wished I would have started sooner :)

The coaches at Fit Body Boot camp are AWESOME 🤩 they make you feel special and challenge you the whole time. They know how to gently push to bring you to the next step of fitness. The gym is always clean and sanitized! I don’t want to miss a day of my workouts at Fit Body!
